Journals that pass the pre-check are scored across five criterion groups — editorial standards and ethics, publication stability, digitalization and technical infrastructure, internationalization, and transparency — producing the CiteLink Value (CLV, 0–100).

Every publisher gets a profile aggregating its journals, countries, OA share and evaluation history — claimable by verified staff.
Rankings & Quartiles
Subject-level rankings and C1–C4 quartiles from open citation data, independent of the CLV and browsable by field, country and OA model.
Badges, Widgets & Certificates
Embeddable “Indexed in CiteLink” badges, live CLV widgets for journal websites and downloadable indexing certificates.
Open API & OAI-PMH planned
Machine-readable journal metadata over REST and OAI-PMH so libraries, aggregators and repositories can harvest freely. On the roadmap — not live yet.
Ethics Screening
COPE-aligned checks, plagiarism-screening verification and continuous monitoring — journals that fall below standards are re-evaluated.
Saved Library alerts planned
Save journals and organizations to a library kept in your own browser. Notification of newly indexed titles and score updates is planned — no e-mail is sent today.
