A publisher profile will be created automatically when a house’s first journal is accepted into the index. The 6,169 profiles listed today are folded from the open catalogue, not from acceptances — no journal has been evaluated yet. Staff can lodge a claim request; verification and the publisher services below arrive when publisher accounts launch.

Claiming is free. Identity is to be confirmed via an institutional e-mail address matching the publisher's domain, or a confirmation note on the official website — neither check is built yet, so a claim today is a request on file rather than a verified link. Until 30 Aug 2026 this said claiming was “restricted to verified publisher staff”, describing a gate that does not exist.
Access to the Publisher Panel: submit new journal applications, track one by reference, and request a correction. Updating bibliographic metadata, downloading certificates and embedding a live CLV widget are planned for when publisher accounts launch — no journal has been evaluated, so no certificate or score exists to carry.
